Ordering, Security, & Your Information

What size should I buy?
If you're feeling like you're in a standoff over which size to pick, let's defuse the situation. Our shirts are form-fitting - like a James Bond tux, tailored to perfection, not too tight, not too loose. But if you prefer a bit more room to maneuver, we recommend going a size up. We source our shirts from - Bella & Canvas, Next Level, and American Apparel. If you've ever worn one of their shirts, use that size as your guide.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Security & Your Information

At Flintlock Apparel, we're all about security - and not just the kind that involves a former Frogman and a flintlock pistol. We've teamed up with Shopify for our platform, and they take security seriously. We don't keep your credit card info on file, and all transactions are handled on secure servers owned by - Google, Shopify, Apple, or PayPal.

When it comes to your personal information, we're as protective as a Federal agency guarding a Presidential Candidates son's Laptop in an election year. We'll only use your info to send you emails about sales, promotions, new products, or just to say a hearty 'thank you.' But we'll only do this if you give us the green light. If you'd rather go radio silent, we'll respect that. No hard feelings, no unsolicited emails. And just to be clear, we would NEVER give your info away to anyone.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?
We strive to dispatch your order within 7 days. While we often manage to send orders out faster, there are times when things get a bit hectic. Any orders placed after 2 pm on Friday through Sunday night, or during a holiday, will start their clock on Monday morning. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

What about returns or exchanges?
At Flintlock, we put care into each item we send out, and we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, we operate under an 'All Sales Final' policy. This means that once your order is out the door, it's yours to keep.
Now, we're not monsters. If you receive a product that's defective, we're not going to leave you hanging. We're all about fairness and doing right by our customers. So, if there's a defect, reach out to us and we'll make it right by
shipping you another or issuing a gift card. This policy is in line with federal and state laws. We appreciate your understanding and your support.
What about missing packages?
Every so often, a package decides to take the scenic route courtesy of USPS or UPS. If your package seems to be on an unscheduled vacation, here's our game plan:
  1. First, you'll need to have a chat with USPS / UPS using your tracking number. They're the ones driving the package bus and can give you the latest update.
  2. Then, we ask for a little patience - a 7-10 day wait period. Packages, like cats, often return just when you've given up hope.
  3. If after this time your order is still MIA, we'll resend the order or offer a gift card. We won’t let you go empty-handed now.
Unfortunately, we can't refund an order that was confirmed delivered, but we'll do our best to make it right. We can't control package-loving porch pirates, but we can help soften the blow.
